Omg Where do I start... This hole in the wall that's been around forever is absolutely delicious! You can enjoy authentic Italian dishes, like the chicken Marsala which is my personal favorite, among many others and not leave disappointed! Portions are huge- you definitely get your money's worth!

Ordered for delivery: Chicken fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna, and the steak sandwich, with the soup and a side salad. They were having a DoorDash special with 20% off certain items - all of the ones below were on the special: Chicken Alfredo ($17 normally) was delicious. A surprisingly large amount of chicken, which was charred nicely for a kind of off-the-bbq flavor. Not sure if they flame grill it. Sauce was creamy and smooth. Lasagna ($16 normally) First off, this can NOT be meant for a single person to safely consume in a single sitting. Im surprised the bag the dasher delivered it in made the whole way. It does not come with garlic bread but I think they sell a whole loaf for like $7. Steak sandwich ($16 normally) you get 2 steaks and 1 roll which is meant to be eaten open faced (I wouldn't try to stack 2 steaks on top of each other like a normal sandwich, ha). Steak was cooked medium, which was impressive giving the thin nature of the steak. I did not get an option of steak temperature so i am not sure if you can specify in person (i ordered online). The bread was very garlicky and so moist with butter. The bread is also grilled giving it that nice charred flavor. No sauces, just delicious steak and garlic toast. Soup was so warm, hearty, and flavorful. Some of the ingredients are tomatoes, sausage(?), zucchini, elbow noodles, carrots, and celery. Broth is delicious all on its own. I used half of my bread from the steak sandwich to dip in the soup and then just saved the 2nd steak for later. Side salad is really good for a side. Comes with chickpeas, kidney beans, carrots, and a lovely slightly sweet vinaigrette. Total bill for 3 entrees after discount was $45 before tip.

Whether you have a date or just want some drinks after work, this place is perfect. The Food is amazing from the Pizza to the chicken parm. Great drinks from an amazing staff. The bartender Rachel is friendly and welcoming. She makes you feel like family. Don't forget to check their Weekly comedy night every Friday.

Food was amazing and so was the staff! Ribeye steak sandwich, baked cannelloni, minestrone soup, and teramasu for dessert. People were complaining on Facebook about this place and they are wrong.

It was 8:45pm and i was scrolling on Yelp for a place to grab something to eat. I saw they had a lobster fettuccine for under $20 on Fridays and it happened to be Friday lol. Read a few reviews and decided to give Vince's a try. Called at around 8:48 and ordered a lobster fettuccine to go. The kitchen closes at 9 so i was happy they were willing to even take my order. I flew there and made it to the restaurant at like 8:55. The waitresses, bartender, and hostess were all very kind and social. They even invited me back for comedy night. The entrance was a little sketch looking but nothing is going to stop me from a lobster fettuccine for under $20. You walk straight into the bar so it's a little dark. Some drunk guy was flirting with the bartender and i thought she handled it very well! My food was ready pretty fast. Maybe even before i got there lol. Forgot to take a picture. They were very generous with the lobster and sauce. The cream sauce used for the pasta was really creamy and yummy. It was enough to share with my daughter.im not sure if it is served with salad or a piece of toast. I didn't receive either of those. Just pasta and a lemon slice. I do agree with some of previous reviews about the lack of seasoning. But it was still pretty good. My only other issue is that i think it is imitation lobster. This may be an issue for some. And others may not mind. But given the amount of lobster they use, it would make sense that it's imitation lobster. I don't really care for imitation lobster or crab. And i feel like restaurants should always disclose if imitation lobster or imitation crab is used. I still rate it 4.5. The ladies working were all super sweet and personable. They didn't make me feel like a burden for coming in 5 mins before the restaurant closes. The food was ready fast and was fresh and hot. And the price of the meal wasn't bad. I'll probably be back for drinks! Thanks y'all :)

There are many reasons we keep coming back to Vince's after nearly a decade. On rare occasions we have eaten in the main restaurant , but our first choice is always the bar area. As much as I love food, I love environment. Vince's bar feels like a Quentin Tarantino version of Cheers - with the added bonus of serving up the kind of Italian my Nonnna made. This place is gritty, darkly lit and happy. Lots of regulars and people that know each other. It's noisy with the flow of conversation. Where strangers engage with regulars. The food has never disappointed. My favorite is the baked meatball sandwich but when I switch things up I go for the tasty lasagna. Bread is served and if you want more, just ask. There's an option for pizza but you won't find it on the menu. Vince's can get very busy but the service remains great no matter what. If you're lucky, Kloe will be your server. Packed house? You won't know it because she gets things done like it's a slow night and you're her only table. Come for the food. Stay for the old school vibe. This is your neighborhood Italian place. A West Sacramento icon. Not fancy. But perfect anyway.

If you are craving good - Italian, like from your Nonna's kitchen - please stop in. Husband was craving Alfredo - and he was so happy - I had the spinach gnocchi, recommended by the server - with Alfredo & marinara! Lord, it was delicious! Ambience is welcoming and you are family as son as you come in the door.
